Companies – Private and Public Limited Companies

Requirements:


• Complete Account Opening Form
• Specimen Signature Card
• Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Certified true copy of the Resolution of Board of Directors authorizing opening of the account
• Registration Trading License – for sole proprietors
• Certified copies of positive identification e.g. driver’s license/passport as proof of ID of all Directors or all authorised signatories
• Certified Certificate of Incorporation
• Upon approval and opening of account, an initial deposit must be made.

Partnership Firms

Requirements:


• Complete Account Opening Form
• Specimen Signature Card
• Partnership Letter Form/Partnership deed
• Mandate form/ if applicable
• Certified copies of positive identification e.g. driver’s license/passport as proof of ID
• Most recent Water/Electricity bills or documents showing physical addresses of partners or physical business addresses

Informal Bodies – Churches, Clubs, Association
These are organizations formed for the primary purpose of providing a service to their members or beneficiaries, and not for profit making.

Requirements:


• Complete Account Opening Form
• Specimen Signature
• Certified True Copy of bye-laws/rules and regulations
• Certified True Copy of the resolution by the Society/Association/Clubs authorizing opening and operation of Account
• List of members of the executive committee
• Certified True Copy of office bearers’/signatories’ positive identification
• Most recent Water/Electricity bills or documents showing physical addresses of all the committee members
• Upon approval and opening of the account, an initial deposit must be made.
