1. THOMSON FRANK MPINGANJIRA TRUST
- The settler and founder trustee of the Thomson Frank Mpinganjira Trust is Mr. Thomson Frank Mpinganjira
- This is a Private Trust with interests in; real property holdings, on the Malawi Stock Exchange and money market investments in addition to equity in FDH Financial Holdings.
- A Trust Deed dated 28 January 2000 established the Trust under the Laws of Malawi
- Mr. Thomson Frank Mpinganjira is the founder of the FDH Group

3. FDH ESOP LIMITED
- FDH ESOP (Employee Share Ownership Plan) was established in 2009 as a special purpose investiment vehicle for holding shares in FDH Financial Holdings on behalf of eligible staff, who are shareholders in FDH ESOP Limited.
- The scheme was created as an incentive to reward staff loyalty and productivity.
- The scheme encourages staff to take ownership of processes and performance of the group, enabling the Group deliver and exceed on our customer expectation and provide first class service.
- Through the establishment of the scheme, the Group has achieved remarkable retention in our valuable human resources component that guarantees stability and continued progress in our business success.
